Hi, I’m Lou D. Garcia - and I’ve been designing homes and creating spaces people love to live in for over 30 years.

I grew up in North County, raised by an incredibly strong single mom (who set the bar high) alongside my amazing sister. from early on, I learned the value of hard work, loyalty, and treating people right - values that still shape how I run my business today.

I earned my associates degree from ITT and later a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Phoenix - because great design is only part of the job. Clear communication, that’s everything!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with everyone from individual homeowners remodeling their dream kitchens to some of the largest developers in the state, including Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, California West and Davidson Communities. I’ve also collaborated with incredible teams at San Diego Design, Construction By Design, Artifacts International, and Design Line Interiors.

But here’s what really matters; I care about the people behind the project.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service - which means we communicate clearly, stay involved every step of the process, and remain available long after the job is completed. The relationship doesn’t end when the project does.

And here’s something most firms won’t say: we interview our clients too. Not because we’re picky - but because the best projects happen when there’s mutual trust, shared vision, and a good gut feeling on both sides.
